Summer Camp Fees
and Registration

Cost: $195 per camp (there are no multiple discounts or family discounts). Camps during July 4th week are $156 (4 days).

Tuition is not refundable unless another paying student can replace your child. If your child is unable to attend the camp you signed up for, you may switch to a different camp if an opening is available. No change requests will be processed the week prior to camp.

We only refund tuition if Rock-it Science cancels a camp or if the camp you request is full.

Registration is by email or regular mail -- no phone registration.

Camps may be filmed for training or promotional purposes. Parents, siblings, and visitors in camera range may also be filmed.

How to Register for 2012 Summer Camps

Step One -- Fill out and email the Registration Form:

  • Download the Registration Form HERE (it's a Microsoft Word fill-in form). There is no phone registration.
  • Send the Registration Form as an email attachment to our registrar. (This is NOT the same as the PayPal payment page. The Registration Form must be filled out and emailed separately.)
  • You can also request an alternate camp on your registration form. Just write "ALT" in the Tuition field for that line. If the camp you want is full, we'll apply your payment to the alternate camp and notify you by email. If you don't select an alternate, we'll put you on the waiting list.
  • If we are not able to place your child in a camp, we'll refund your payment in full.
  • Your registration is not complete until you receive an email from us confirming that your child has been registered in the camp(s) you requested.

Step Two -- Submit Tuition:

1. Online Payment via Credit Card:

  • Select your camp and submit your tuition through PayPal using the pull-down menus at the bottom of this page (PayPal account not required). Credit Card payments are only accepted through PayPal.
  • Be sure to also email us the separate Registration Form.
  • Please note: We also receive mail-in registrations, so the web site may not reflect the actual number of spaces available. If the camp you want is full, we'll put you on the waiting list and notify you by email.

2. Check or Money Order:

  • Mail a copy of the Registration Form with your check or money order to:

  • Please note: Registration is first-come, first-served, based on receipt of payment. We also receive online registrations, so the camp you request may be full by the time we receive your check. If so, we'll put you on the waiting list and notify you by email.
